We work with a discerning client base — professionals, executives, and individuals who have often already seen multiple specialists without answers. They expect precision. They expect evidence. And they expect to feel genuinely known by the team caring for them.
We're not building a high-volume clinic. We're building a practice where every client's plan is designed with the same rigor as the last, and where the team behind it is as sharp as the medicine itself. This role is central to that.
The Role
As Clinical Associate, you'll be the connective tissue between Dr. Anshika's diagnostic work and the client's day-to-day experience of their protocol. You are often the first clinical voice a client hears after their Root Cause Review, and the steady one they hear from every month after. That is not an administrative function — it's a clinical relationship in its own right, and we're looking for someone who wants to own it as one.
What you'll actually do:
- Run structured clinical intake — guiding new clients through detailed history-taking and pre-consultation questionnaires (symptom timelines, prior labs, lifestyle, supplementation history) so every Root Cause Review starts from a complete clinical picture
- Relay and explain protocols — walk clients through the plan Dr. Anshika has built for them: what it includes, why each piece is there, and how to actually implement it in their life
- Own ongoing follow-ups — monthly and interim check-ins with enrolled clients to track adherence, flag concerns, and keep the plan responsive to how they're actually doing
- Bring functional nutrition expertise to the table — you're not just relaying information, you understand the supplementation and nutrition rationale well enough to answer clients' questions with real clinical grounding
- Be the client's point of continuity — the person they trust between physician calls, so the experience never feels like it drops off after the first consultation
What We're Looking For
- A background in functional nutrition or functional medicine, formal training preferred (IFM coursework, clinical nutrition, or equivalent)
- Solid working knowledge of functional medicine principles, supplementation protocols, and nutrition science — you should be comfortable discussing the why behind a protocol, not just reading it out
- Exceptional communication skills, with genuine ease speaking to an international, highly educated client base — this is a role that represents the practice's clinical voice
- Comfort running structured clinical intake and questionnaire-based assessment
- The judgment to know what needs to go to Dr. Anshika immediately versus what you can handle and report on
- Someone who wants to build something — this practice is scaling fast, and this role will grow with it
Why This Role Is Different
You won't be doing generic care coordination. You'll be working directly inside a functional medicine practice built on the same standard of rigor as the field's best-known names globally — evidence-based, personalized, allergic to shortcuts. You'll see complex cases, work alongside a physician trained in both NHS conventional medicine and IFM functional medicine, and have a direct hand in how clients experience their care month to month.
This is a 100% virtual practice — you can work from anywhere, with a client base that's serious about their health and expects the same from the people caring for them. Based in or around Delhi NCR is preferred, though it isn't a hard requirement for the right candidate.
