Room Division Manager
1. Guest Satisfaction & Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional guest experience across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
- Achieve and maintain guest satisfaction scores as per company standards.
- Promptly address and resolve guest complaints and service recovery cases.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and personalized guest engagement.
2. Front Office Operations
- Oversee smooth functioning of reservations, reception, concierge, and guest relations.
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and room allocation.
- Coordinate with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize room revenue.
3. Housekeeping Management
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor room readiness and turnaround times.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
4. Revenue & Occupancy Management
- Optimize room occupancy and average room rates.
- Monitor daily room revenue performance and forecast occupancy.
- Minimize room downtime and maximize room availability.
- Support revenue management strategies and upselling initiatives.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and efficient workforce scheduling.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
6. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of rooms, public areas, and operational processes.
- Implement corrective actions for identified gaps.
- Maintain safety, security, and emergency preparedness standards.
7. Cost Control & Budget Management
- Monitor departmental expenses and budgets.
- Control housekeeping consumables, linen, guest supplies, and operational costs.
- Optimize manpower utilization without compromising service quality.
- Improve departmental productivity and efficiency.
8. Interdepartmental Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales, Security, and Finance teams.
- Ensure seamless communication regarding guest requirements and room status.
- Support hotel-wide operational objectives and special events.
9. Property Maintenance & Upkeep
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure preventive maintenance of guest rooms.
- Minimize out-of-order rooms and maintenance-related guest complaints.
- Ensure timely rectification of maintenance issues.
10. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor KPIs including occupancy, guest satisfaction, housekeeping productivity, and room revenue.
- Analyze trends and implement improvement plans.
- Present operational updates to senior management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
