Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of electrical items (e.g., conductors, insulators, cables).
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and field teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials for erection at sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures for electrical materials and equipment.
- Implement and enforce inventory control systems to track stock and prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, and dispatched, and prepare inventory reports for management.
- Develop and maintain an organized storage system to optimize space and facilitate easy access to materials.
- Ensure that warehouse facilities are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience.
- Skills: Team Player and communication skills to handle store level personnel; experience with inventory control software and systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical equipment (conductors, insulators, etc.) and safe handling practices.
- Other Requirements: Ability to lead and manage a team, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Computer Knowledge must and Good knowledge of Excel needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
