About the Role
We are looking for a performance-focused Ads Specialist who can manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and help grow our social media presence through data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.
- Plan and execute campaigns based on business goals and target audiences.
- Monitor ad performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, leads and conversions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead/conversion.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for Instagram Reels, videos and ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify new opportunities to increase leads, sales and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest Google, Meta and Instagram advertising trends.
Requirements
- Graduation is required.
- Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Good communication and speaking skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media content.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for campaign performance.
- Previous experience managing campaigns with real advertising budgets will be preferred.
Probation Period
3 months probation period.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
