Position- HSE Officer
Experience- 6-8 years in Construction/Industrial projects.
1. Education Qualification- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) or PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) from State Board of Technical Education
2. Education Qualification- Any Graduation/Engineering Diploma, HSE Diploma from recognised Institute.
Note: Either 1 or 2 shall be applicable, depend on client’s requirement.
Ø Key Responsibilities
· Participate in preparation of JHA/JSA or risk assessment process.
· Conduct safety inspection of workplace, machinery, tools, tackles on daily basis.
· Execute safety campaign and competition to promote safety culture at workplace.
· Impart HSE trainings/induction and awareness initiatives for employees.
· Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards, including permit-to-work systems, scaffolding safety, work at height, electrical safety and confined space entry.
· Collaborate with execution team to identify and address safety concern proactively.
· Participate in investigations of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to identify root causes.
· Maintain proper documented record of daily tasks and inspections.
· Closely work with HSE lead/manager and support him to maintain workplace safety culture
Ø Skills-
· Good knowledge of MS office, HSE report and email writing.
· understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction sector.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
· Ability to work independently, and in hectic schedule.
· Ability to handle emergency situations and ensure that safety procedures are followed in high-pressure environments.
· Proactive approach to hazard identification and risk assessment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
