About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can independently manage the complete video production process—from ideation and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable behind the camera, have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and be passionate about creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms.
This is not a desk-only editing role. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys shooting content on-site and can bring creative ideas to life through both videography and editing.

- Edit raw footage into engaging videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, subtitles, transitions, and motion elements where required.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign objectives.
- Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual style across all content.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
