We are seeking a dynamic HR Team Leader who can handle end-to-end HR operations, lead a team, and improve recruitment and employee engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the HR team (recruitment & operations)
2. Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
3. Monitor and improve team performance & KPIs
4. Manage employee engagement and retention activities
5. Handle employee grievances and escalations
6. Ensure smooth HR operations (attendance, policies, coordination)
7. Work closely with management for HR strategy
8. Payroll management (Weekly and Monthly)
9. Maintain HR ERP application
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:
- Recruiting: 5 years (Required)
- Payroll management: 3 years (Required)
- Employee engagement : 2 years (Required)
Language:
- Tamil, English, Malayalam (Required)
