Dumont is bringing performance marketing in-house after operating with an outsourced agency. We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own Meta and Google end-to-end — from campaign strategy to daily execution — with a clear mandate to drive store footfall and delivery orders across our 10-30 outlet multi-city footprint. This is a builder’s role: you’ll set up the function, not inherit one.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local campaigns) — no agency dependency
- Store-level and city-level campaign structuring, including geo-radius targeting around individual outlets
- Creative testing cadence in partnership with our creative vendor/team — briefing, iterating, and killing underperforming creative fast
- Budget pacing and allocation across channels and cities against footfall and delivery-order goals
- Setting up and maintaining attribution infrastructure — coupon-code tracking, Meta Conversions API, Google Enhanced Conversions, and coordinating with the Aggregator & Analytics teammate on a unified dashboard
- Running quarterly incrementality/geo-holdout tests to validate that spend is actually driving footfall, not just correlating with it
- Weekly reporting to the Marketing Lead on CAC, ROAS, and store-level performance trends
- Staying current on Meta/Google product changes (e.g., store-visit conversion eligibility, PMax updates) and flagging opportunities early
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in QSR, F&B, retail, or another multi-location consumer brand
- Proven experience running both Meta and Google Ads directly (not just briefing an agency) — Ads Manager and Google Ads platform fluency required
- Experience with local/store-level campaign structures (geo-targeting, GBP-linked campaigns, store traffic objectives)
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking setups — Conversions API, Enhanced Conversions, GA4 — even if you haven’t built them from scratch
- Comfortable with ambiguity and small-team execution — this is an in-house function of 2 people initially, not a large marketing department
- Strong with numbers: can read a CAC/ROAS report and explain why it moved, not just report it
- Bonus: prior experience in dessert/QSR/impulse-category marketing
What success looks like in the first 6 months
- Meta and Google fully transitioned in-house with no performance dip from the agency baseline
- Coupon-code and CAPI/Enhanced Conversions attribution live and feeding a working dashboard
- A tested, repeatable local-campaign playbook that can be applied to new store launches
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Performance marketing: 3 years (Required)
- • Experience with local/store-level campaign structures : 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
