We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Training & Adoption Lead to drive successful ERP implementation outcomes through effective training, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
Position Summary
The Training & Adoption Lead will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, training, and adoption of our ERP solutions across customer organizations. The role requires close collaboration with customers, implementation consultants, product teams, and customer success teams to enable business users to embrace new processes and maximize the value of the ERP platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise software training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and customer enablement, with exposure to the jewellery industry being highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Training & Enablement
Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for ERP implementations.
Design role-based learning programs for end users, administrators, managers, and leadership teams.
Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and on-site training sessions during implementation and post-go-live phases.
Create and maintain training materials including user manuals, process guides, videos, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and e-learning content.
Establish scalable onboarding and certification programs for customers and implementation partners.
User Adoption & Change Management
Drive adoption of ERP solutions by developing structured change management and user enablement programs.
Assess customer readiness and identify adoption risks and mitigation strategies.
Create communication plans to support organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor user adoption and utilization metrics to identify opportunities for increased product usage.
Support customers through go-live and stabilization phases to ensure successful transition from legacy systems.
Customer Success & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants, Product Teams, and Support Teams.
Facilitate business process workshops and user engagement sessions.
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on training and adoption best practices.
Identify customer learning needs and proactively recommend enablement initiatives.
Internal Enablement
Support internal teams with product training and release readiness programs.
Collaborate with Product Management to develop training content for new features and enhancements.
Contribute to knowledge management and best practice documentation.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs related to training effectiveness and user adoption.
Gather customer feedback and continuously improve training methodologies.
Analyze support trends, product usage data, and customer engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in ERP training, customer enablement, software implementation, learning & development, or change management.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, CRM, Retail, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience delivering training for enterprise software solutions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel for customer engagements when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the Jewellery, Diamond, Gold, Gemstone, Precious Metals, Luxury Retail, or Jewellery Manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of jewellery business processes including procurement, inventory control, manufacturing, retail operations, showroom management, gold accounting, diamond management, and customer engagement.
Experience supporting ERP implementations for jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, or multi-store jewellery chains.
Exposure to SaaS-based ERP platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience creating e-learning content and managing learning platforms.
Certifications in Change Management, Learning & Development, ERP, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
