About the Role
Evolve Life Sciences is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, dispatch activities, and data management. This position is ideal for individuals interested in learning warehouse systems, inventory control, ERP operations, logistics management, and backend business processes.
The primary focus of this role is maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse activities, coordinating dispatch operations, and ensuring smooth movement of goods using Odoo ERP and related systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory Management
- Update and maintain accurate product and inventory data in Odoo ERP.
- Assist in inventory tracking, stock management, and warehouse operations.
- Perform data verification and corrections to ensure accurate records.
- Support stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor stock movement and inventory levels.
Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Manage and track deliveries and stock transfers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, drivers, and internal teams.
- Ensure products reach customers and branches on time.
- Resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and stock discrepancies.
Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain logistics, warehouse, and inventory documentation.
- Update transport, dispatch, and inventory records regularly.
- Ensure vehicle-related documentation is up to date.
- Generate reports and assist with backend operational tasks.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
Learning & Development
- Learn warehouse management processes and ERP operations.
- Understand how warehouse, logistics, inventory, and business operations work together.
- Gain practical exposure to inventory control, dispatch planning, and operational coordination.
RequirementsQualification
- B.Com, BBA, or any related degree.
- Final-year students pursuing graduation may also apply.
Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems, inventory software).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or ERP systems is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License preferred.

Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
