Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Flipkart Ads Manager to drive the performance of our Flipkart marketplace through strategic advertising and account optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Flipkart Ads, a strong understanding of the Flipkart Seller platform, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to maximizing sales and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on the Flipkart Ads platform.
- Manage Flipkart Seller account operations related to advertising and product visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, and budget allocation for ad campaigns.
- Improve product rankings and visibility through effective advertising strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, inventory planning, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze competitor activities and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Flipkart Ads and marketplace account management.
- Strong knowledge of the Flipkart Seller Hub and Flipkart Ads platform.
- Experience in campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling high-budget Flipkart advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Sales Performance.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
