Vinsun Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting activities independently.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Perform GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation.
- Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations related to E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, electrical, or project-based industries will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in preparation and generation of E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
- Good understanding of GST provisions, taxation procedures, and statutory compliances.
