Position: Infrastructure Executive
Department: Administration
Reports To: Admin Manager / School Administrator
1. Building Maintenance
- Ensure all school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, washrooms, and common areas are maintained in good condition.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify repair requirements.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance activities.
2. Preventive Maintenance
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for school facilities.
- Monitor timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain preventive maintenance records and service history.
3. Utilities Management
- Monitor the functioning of electrical systems, water supply, generators, lifts, air-conditioning, and other utilities.
- Coordinate immediate action during breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain utility consumption records and recommend cost-saving measures.
4. Vendor & AMC Management
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance work.
- Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for electrical systems, lifts, DG sets, RO plants, HVAC, fire safety systems, and CCTV.
- Verify quality of work, service reports, and vendor invoices.
5. Asset & Infrastructure Inspection
- Conduct periodic inspections of school infrastructure and equipment.
- Maintain records of assets requiring repair, replacement, or servicing.
- Support annual asset verification exercises.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, lift safety, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, emergency lighting, and emergency exits.
- Coordinate mock drills and maintain compliance documentation.
7. Project & Renovation Coordination
- Coordinate renovation, refurbishment, and minor construction projects.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and vendor performance.
- Ensure work is completed without disrupting school operations.
8. Procurement Support
- Raise purchase requisitions for maintenance materials and spare parts.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance tools, electrical items, plumbing materials, and hardware.
- Verify material receipt and usage.
9. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, AMC records, vendor documents, and statutory certificates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly infrastructure reports.
- Track pending maintenance activities and ensure timely closure.
10. Emergency Response
- Respond promptly to infrastructure-related emergencies such as electrical faults, water leakages, plumbing issues, and equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate corrective actions to restore normal operations with minimal downtime.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
