We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing & Marketplace Growth Specialist who can build, manage, and scale our online sales across marketplaces and digital advertising platforms.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing & Marketplace Growth Specialist to manage our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other online marketplaces while driving customer acquisition through Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, performance marketing, product listing optimization, and scaling profitable campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Create and launch seller stores on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Set up complete seller accounts and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Manage catalog creation, product listings, variations, and inventory.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions.
- Handle pricing strategies, promotions, deals, coupons, and marketplace campaigns.
- Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and seller performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock updates and product launches.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend growth strategies.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Shopping Ads
- Performance Max
- Display Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Build audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROAS.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and advertising strategies.
- Recommend actionable insights to improve sales and profitability.
SEO & Product Optimization
- Perform marketplace keyword research.
- Optimize product listings for marketplace search algorithms.
- Improve organic ranking and visibility.
- Enhance conversion rates through listing optimization.
Creative Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Suggest campaign concepts, promotional ideas, and seasonal strategies.
- Ensure branding consistency across all platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience managing Myntra Partner Portal.
- Experience with Ajio or other marketplaces is an advantage.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Expertise in Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization.
- Experience with eCommerce funnels.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in eCommerce performance marketing.
- Experience managing fashion, apparel, or D2C brands.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Professional (preferred).
- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
- Basic understanding of image editing and creative best practices.
