About the Role
The role of an Optometrist goes beyond eye check-ups and includes sales as a critical deliverable. You will be responsible for delivering technical expertise through eye examinations, dispensing, diagnosis, product recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct eye examinations following optometry process.
- Recommend appropriate lenses and frames based on customer needs.
- Perform lens quality checks before product handover.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales and eye-test conversion targets while adhering to SOPs.
- Coordinate product delivery and manage returns.
- Maintain store standards, equipment, and stock as per company guidelines.
- Support day-to-day store operations.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Optometry (Minimum Qualification).
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing environments, and take ownership of responsibilities.
