Job Description - (PRM) – Patch Studies
Job Summary
The Project Management Associate (PRM) will be responsible for managing client communication and coordinating end-to-end patch study projects. The role involves ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver studies within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end client communication for patch studies.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Operations, and Clinical teams for smooth project execution.
- Track study timelines and provide regular project updates to clients.
- Prepare quotations, project trackers, reports, and study-related documentation.
- Address client queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain project records and support business development activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioanalytical, Clinical Research or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Client relationship management.
- Coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
