About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage and support key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, interviewing, employee engagement, grievance handling, and day-to-day HR operations.
The role requires someone who can work closely with employees and management, build strong workplace relationships, and contribute to creating a positive and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, and timely closure of positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities to improve employee satisfaction, workplace culture, and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring professional and timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution, working closely with management to foster a healthy work environment.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, exit management, documentation, employee records, and HR reporting.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain recruitment and HR trackers and provide regular reports and updates to management.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Talent Acquisition roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and sourcing.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle employee queries and grievances.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive, approachable, and employee-centric approach.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment practices.

We are looking for an HR professional who can balance people management with business requirements and take ownership of HR activities rather than functioning only as an administrative support.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
