- Prepare and submit running account (RA) bills and final bills.
- Measure completed work according to drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Verify quantities executed at the site.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and maintain measurement records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for bill certification.
- Monitor project costs and compare actual quantities with budgeted quantities.
- Prepare and track subcontractor bills and vendor payments.
- Assist in preparing variations, extra item claims, and change orders.
- Maintain billing documentation, reports, and project records.
- Support contract administration and cost-control activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
