We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, sales, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house and service teams.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and operational performance.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen and service operations.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Plan promotions, events, and initiatives to increase guest footfall and revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and overall restaurant presentation.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Experience in team scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–7 years in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
