End-to-End Sourcing & Recruitment Support
- Post job vacancies on various portals (Work India,Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and local channels to attract candidates.
- Source and screen profiles for various technical and blue-collar roles (Supervisors, Electricians, CCTV Technicians, and Helpers).
- Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds to check eligibility, interest, and communication skills.
- Coordinate with the Superviosr/Site Managers to schedule final rounds or line up candidates for site deployment.
2. Digital Onboarding & Documentation
- Collect and verify digital copies of mandatory documents from new joiners (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Details, and Passbook photos).
- Ensure the digital Joining Forms are filled out accurately and completely before onboarding.
- Coordinate with the site team to share background verification status and initiate the process for site ID cards/gate passes.
3. Backend Operations & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and updated digital employee databases, daily manpower availability pipelines, and tracking sheets.
- Track daily attendance logs received from various site supervisors and compile data for payroll coordination.
- Manage records of worker issues, absenteeism reports, and coordinate solutions with the on-site Field HR.
4. Compliance & Vendor Coordination
- Assist the senior HR and accounts team in collecting documents required for labor law compliance, ESIC, and PF registrations.
- Maintain physical and digital HR files, registers, and client-required compliance checklists systematically.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, bulk hiring, or HR operations (preferably in Construction, Telecom, or Facility Management industries).
- Software Skills: Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel (Data tracking, basic formulas) and calling portals is mandatory. Knowledge of Tally is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English to effectively coordinate with both blue-collar workers and management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
