Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive financial planning, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and extensive experience in accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Develop annual operating budgets in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial performance.
- Provide financial recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership.
- Present financial performance reports with meaningful business insights.
- Analyze revenue, profitability, and operational costs to improve financial performance.
3. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
- Review bank reconciliations and general ledger accounts regularly.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and government authorities during assessments.
- Ensure accurate tax calculations and timely payment of statutory dues.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and financial regulations.
5. Audit Management
- Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and external audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
- Strengthen internal controls to minimize financial and operational risks.
- Ensure audit compliance across all finance processes.
6. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and working capital reports.
- Optimize fund utilization and banking relationships.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Manage banking transactions, loans, and credit facilities.
7. Financial Analysis
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, project, or business unit.
- Evaluate key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support pricing decisions through cost and margin analysis.
- Provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency.
8. Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Design and implement robust financial policies and procedures.
- Improve accounting processes through automation and standardization.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
- Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
9. ERP & Financial Systems
- Manage financial transactions through ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy within financial systems.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to automate finance operations.
10. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting team members.
- Allocate work responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct training sessions to improve technical knowledge.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance function.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of finance professionals when required.
11. Business Partnering
- Collaborate with business leaders to support financial decision-making.
- Provide commercial insights for new business opportunities.
- Evaluate investment proposals and capital expenditure plans.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, or business expansion initiatives, where applicable.
- Participate in strategic planning and business review meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.

- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹600.00 per day
