We are hiring an experienced Immigration Counselor for our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client counseling, profile assessment, and enrollment for Study and Visitor Visa applications for New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. The role involves guiding clients through the entire visa process, from initial consultation to successful enrollment.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong and up-to-date understanding of visa procedures and eligibility criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and visitors for Study Visa & Visitor Visa options for New Zealand, Australia, and the USA
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
- Assess client profiles and suggest the best visa pathway
- Explain visa process, documentation, timelines, fees, and embassy requirements
