Stonesera is a digital growth and sales partner specializing in the Granite, Marble, Quartz, and Tiles industry. We help premium surface showrooms generate quality leads, manage customer enquiries, and increase showroom walk-ins through digital marketing and inside sales.
We are hiring a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who will be employed by Stonesera and work exclusively for our client, Mahaveer Surface Studio, one of Hyderabad's leading Granite, Quartz, and Tile showrooms.
Key Responsibilities -
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and the company website.
Understand customer requirements and explain Granite, Quartz, and Tile products professionally.
Schedule showroom visits and appointments.
Consistently follow up with prospects to convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales.
Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team for seamless lead management.
Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling or Inside Sales is highly preferred.
Experience in EdTech, BPO, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Education, or any high-volume sales process is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills. - Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
