1. Personal Assistant
As a Personal Assistant at our image consulting service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities and the delivery of exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass managing and coordinating the consultant's calendar, scheduling client appointments, and organizing meetings to maintain an efficient workflow. You will act as the primary point of contact between the consultant and clients, handling communications with professionalism and discretion. Additionally, you will assist in preparing personalized client lookbooks, organizing travel arrangements, and supporting the consultant during client sessions and events. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to enhancing our clients' personal growth, style, and transformation journeys.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support our Image Consultancy Services.
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized Management Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in:
- Management & operations
- Understanding of Content Creation , Social media & Digital marketing is preferred.
- Fashion, Styling, Photography, Videography
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage tasks, everyday operations and client communication seamlessly. You should be passionate about staying updated with the latest industry trends and translating them into actionable strategies.
Requirements : Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a creative mindset.
- Well-dressed, stylish, and presentable with a professional demeanour.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation strategies.
- Strong Social Media Marketing experience, particularly with Instagram and LinkedIn
- Experience in content creation, fashion photography, and styling.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage schedules, and align content with business goals.
- Proficiency in content planning and execution, including R&D, scripting, and analytics tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen eye for detail when reviewing content edits for quality, captions, and formatting.
- Interest in personal growth, fashion, and client-focused content development.
· Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
· Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
· 1. Managing daily operations and schedules.
· 2. Handling enquiries and client communications,
· 3. Managing CRM, Lead management sheets
· 4. Schedule and assist in client transformation sessions.
· 5. Goal setting & achievement of Each department and the Brand overall. Keeping it on Track
