Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Dentist specializing in braces alignment and orthodontic treatments. The candidate will be responsible for patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, braces placement, follow-ups, and ensuring quality orthodontic care.
## Key Responsibilities
* Conduct dental consultations and evaluate patients requiring braces treatment.
* Diagnose malocclusion, teeth alignment issues, and orthodontic concerns.
* Develop customized braces treatment plans based on patient requirements.
* Perform braces placement, adjustments, and regular follow-up procedures.
* Monitor treatment progress and make necessary modifications.
* Explain treatment procedures, timelines, and oral care instructions to patients.
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
* Ensure proper sterilization, hygiene, and clinical safety standards.
* Manage patient queries and provide post-treatment guidance.
* Coordinate with dental assistants and laboratory teams for smooth treatment execution.
## Qualifications
* BDS/MDS (Orthodontics) from a recognized dental institution.
* Valid Dental Council registration.
* Experience in orthodontic treatments and braces alignment preferred.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and dental care.
* Good patient counseling and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and clinical accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple patient cases.
* Commitment to patient care and ethical dental practices.
## Experience
* 1–5 years of experience in braces alignment/orthodontic procedures preferred.
* Freshers with relevant clinical training may also be considered.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
