Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Factory General Manager to oversee our daily manufacturing plant operations in Tarsadi, Navsari. In this role, you will lead floor workers, optimize machine output, maintain strict quality controls for our PP bags and fabric, and ensure the production floor operates efficiently, safely, and on time.
Core Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and assign daily workloads to operators and laborers on the factory floor. Monitor raw material consumption and track finished PP fabric and bag production metrics. Enforce high quality control standards to ensure all custom client orders are manufactured without defects. Troubleshoot production delays and coordinate basic machinery maintenance to minimize downtime. Train new workers on machine operations, safety guidelines, and factory floor rules.
Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or packaging factory (PP/PE/Textile industry experience is a major advantage). Education: Graduate, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing workflows, raw material management, and basic production reporting.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and clear team management skills. Location: Must be able to commute daily to our factory in Tarsadi, Navsari.
