Shift Timing: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Monthly 2 saturdays off)

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Growth Executive to build our brand, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and social media strategy.
- Create engaging content, including customer success stories, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
- Organize webinars and virtual events for librarians and educational institutions.
- Coordinate participation in conferences and industry events.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and qualify marketing leads.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, and campaign analytics.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external agencies whenever required.
Key Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from concept to execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing productivity is an added advantage.
