Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Candidates with exposure to Civil Engineering/Construction Projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of local building by-laws and construction practices.
Job Summary
The Junior Architect will support the architectural design and execution of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing drawings, coordinating with civil engineers and consultants, conducting site visits, ensuring design compliance, and assisting in project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Review architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction is executed as per approved drawings.
- Assist in preparing design presentations, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding architectural requirements.
- Monitor project progress and report design-related issues to senior management.
- Support quantity estimation and material selection where required.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar architectural software.
- Understanding of construction drawings and civil engineering practices.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,080.44 per month
