Position: Floor Manager (Service)
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant floor operations
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of guest service and hospitality standards
- Ability to lead and manage service staff during shifts
- Experience handling customer complaints and service recovery
- Good communication skills in English and local languages
- Familiarity with POS systems, billing, and daily reporting
- Knowledge of staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ability to coordinate with kitchen teams for smooth operations
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
- Experience in fine dining or Pan-Asian restaurants preferred
