Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, result-oriented professionals who can think beyond conventional advertising, identify business opportunities, and deliver comprehensive branding and promotional solutions to clients.
Core Responsibilities:
* Drive sales of comprehensive solution packages across branding, media, digital, events, activations, and promotional platforms
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and client relationships
* Understand client objectives and propose innovative, customized brand solutions aligned with their business goals
* Generate revenue through integrated business solution selling and cross-platform opportunities
* Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery of committed solutions
* Build and maintain a strong business pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution packages for prospective clients
* Track project performance and maintain strong client engagement for long-term business growth
Requirements
* Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
* 1–6 years of experience in sales, business development, branding, media, marketing, or related fields
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Passion for solution selling and client relationship building
* Commercial mindset with revenue-generation capability
* Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into business
* Self-driven personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
