A Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of an office, hotel, clinic, or other business.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Respond to emails and customer inquiries.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
