- Collaborate with videographers, DOPs, and creative teams during shoots.
- Suggest creative ideas for lighting, framing, camera angles, and overall visual aesthetics.
- Ensure the shoot output aligns with brand references and creative direction.
- Bring fresh visual ideas and trend-driven execution to every project.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit high-performing:
- Instagram Reels
- Ads & promotional videos
- Product videos
- Short-form social media content
Perform:
- Color correction & grading
- Sound design & music synchronization
- Motion transitions & visual effects
Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and engaging edits that capture audience attention.
Trend & Creative Research
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and advertising trends.
- Suggest innovative editing styles, transitions, hooks, and content concepts.
- Select impactful music and visual effects to maximize engagement.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Basic understanding of DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Good understanding of:
- Lighting
- Camera basics
- Composition & framing
- Visual storytelling
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and music synchronization
Preferred Candidate
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Prior agency or production house experience preferred
- Experience in:

- Minimum 3–4 years of professional video editing experience
