Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently drive recruitment while ensuring timely closures in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring across IT, Non-IT, BPO, Digital Marketing, HR, Creative, eCommerce, Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, Business Support, and Corporate functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce priorities, and timelines.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, candidate closures, and onboarding.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Meet hiring targets and support workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience hiring across both IT and Non-IT domains.
- Exposure to hiring for Digital Marketing, BPO, HR, Creative, Business Support, Customer Support, eCommerce, or Corporate roles.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring with quick closures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, and recruitment dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for domestic and international clients.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics, talent mapping, and workforce planning.
