- Evaluate medical records and reports to determine patient’s health status, needs, and treatment, and advise physicians and other healthcare specialists
- Create and maintain patient health records
- Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide follow-up care
- Advise patients on preventative and healthy habits
- Serve as primary healthcare provider for patients
- Contribute to business development and Strategic Planning
- Attend regular staff meetings
- Provide support for clinical and administrative functions
- Attend medical conferences, trainings, and meetings
- Assist with patient referrals and follow-up
- Prepare and maintain patient charts, reports, and patient records

- Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of medical services

- Work with other providers to ensure continuity of care
