About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Community Frontline professional who will act as the operational backbone of our content ecosystem. This role requires someone who can monitor trends in real time, maintain community and page health, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure platform compliance, and drive overall IP growth.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands social media deeply, and can balance strategy, operations, quality control, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Trend Monitoring & Rapid Execution
- Track trends across Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure relevant trends are adapted and published across suitable IPs within 1–2 hours.
- Coordinate with copywriters and designers for quick execution.
- Identify trend relevance based on audience and category.
2. Content Quality Audit & Compliance
- Conduct daily audits across all active IPs.
- Ensure adherence to platform community guidelines.
- Review captions, hooks, grammar, tone, and visual quality.
- Flag off-brand, risky, or non-compliant content immediately.
- Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
3. Growth Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor follower growth, engagement, and content performance.
- Analyze top-performing and underperforming content formats.
- Prepare monthly IP Health Reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for growth, revival, and optimization.
4. Performance Target Management
- Set page-wise growth and engagement targets every 10 days.
- Align targets with Team Leads and stakeholders.
- Track target achievement and maintain performance records.
- Escalate concerns for underperforming pages.
5. Community Operations & Team Mapping
- Maintain updated records of all IP ownership and responsibilities.
- Manage master sheets covering page allocations, team mappings, and communication groups.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated weekly.
6. Page Security & Access Management
- Coordinate with IT teams for page security.
- Monitor credential access and user permissions.
- Ensure monthly password rotation and secure access practices.
- Report suspicious activity or security risks immediately.
7. Community Infrastructure & New IP Development
- Identify content gaps and opportunities for launching new IPs.
- Collaborate on page naming, positioning, content formats, and brand voice.
- Maintain launch records and ownership documentation for all new IPs.
8. Content Bank Development & Format Innovation
- Regularly contribute content ideas and category-specific concepts.
- Recommend format improvements and creative refreshes.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities across IPs.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams on feasibility and execution.
9. Team Coordination & Operational Excellence
- Support Team Leads in managing priorities and resolving blockers.
- Coordinate follow-ups, escalations, and urgent deliverables.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
- Work closely with HR on operational updates and team coordination.
10. Training & Community Education
- Conduct periodic training sessions on platform guidelines and best practices.
- Educate teams on sensitive content areas, crisis handling, and community management.
- Create and maintain SOPs, training decks, documentation, and learning resources.
- Update training materials based on platform and policy changes.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, Content Operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and community guidelines.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with reporting and performance tracking capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Content, Design, HR, and Operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations.
- Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills.
