Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in the cattle feed and agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing regional sales teams, developing dealer and distributor networks, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Travel across assigned territories to support sales operations and business development.

Qualifications
- Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.
- 8–20 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Cattle Feed, Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, or Agri-Input industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large sales teams.
