Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Monitor manpower deployment, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize process wastage.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, and machine downtime logs.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and company policies.
- Train and guide production operators and helpers.
- Maintain housekeeping (5S) and cleanliness across the production floor.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in Spices, Seasonings, Food Processing, or Masala Industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Can work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
