Roles and Responsibilities of a Hindi Teacher
- Teach Hindi language and literature according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills in Hindi.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials for effective classroom instruction.
- Explain prose, poetry, grammar, and composition in an engaging manner.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in Hindi.
- Conduct classroom discussions, storytelling, debates, and language activities.
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Ensure active participation of students during lessons and activities.
- Support students with additional guidance to improve language skills.
- Create a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Assessment and Evaluation
- Prepare and conduct tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain performance records.
- Help students improve handwriting, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
Student Development
- Encourage creativity through essay writing, speeches, poetry recitation, and cultural activities.
- Develop students’ confidence in reading and speaking Hindi.
- Promote moral values and cultural understanding through literature.
- Identify students’ strengths and areas needing improvement.
Communication and Coordination
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic performance and behavior.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school programs.
- Coordinate with other teachers and school management for academic activities.
- Follow school policies, academic schedules, and examination procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare worksheets, question papers, and study materials.
- Organize Hindi-related competitions and cultural events.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and revision before examinations.
- Maintain attendance records, report cards, and other academic documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
