Tele caller – Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products or services clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets or lead goals.
- Maintain good customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
- Update details in CRM / Excel sheets after every call.
- Report daily progress to team leader or manager.
- Stay updated about new offers, courses, or products.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional tone on calls.
Tele caller – Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident and polite while talking to customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Target-oriented mindset with sales or convincing ability.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telesales preferred.
- Punctual, disciplined, and presentable.
