Role Objective
To lead the overall clinic operations, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional patient experience, maintain team discipline, and achieve monthly business targets while upholding Gleuhr’s service and treatment standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly clinic revenue and collection targets.
- Drive package conversions through effective team coaching.
- Monitor counsellor performance, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure zero loss of hot leads and walk-in opportunities.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and action planning.
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations smoothly.
- Ensure SOP compliance across reception, counselling, doctors, and therapists.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, ambience, and patient flow.
- Ensure optimum appointment scheduling and resource utilization.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate doctors, counsellors, therapists, reception, and housekeeping teams.
- Conduct daily huddles and weekly performance reviews.
- Manage attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity.
- Coach low performers and build future leaders.
Patient Experience
- Ensure premium client experience from entry to exit.
- Resolve escalations and patient concerns promptly.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements.
- Ensure follow-ups and retention activities are executed effectively.
Audit & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all operational and clinical SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records, stock controls, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal audits and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Inventory & Assets
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Minimize wastage, leakage, and operational losses.

Qualification
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years experience in clinic, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or sales operations management.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
