Position - Senior Barista
Experience - 2 to 6 yrs
Salary - 16K to 22K + Service Charge + Tips
Key Responsibilities:-
- Prepare espresso, brewed coffee, specialty drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, taste, and portion control.
- Train, coach, and support junior barista's and new team members.
- Monitor coffee, milk, syrups etc and other inventory and report shortages.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipement.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista, preferably 2–6+ years in a café, restaurant or specialty coffee environment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee brewing methods.
- Good understanding of coffee beans, grind size, extraction, and beverage recipes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to train and motivate other team members.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Reporting to: Café Manager / Restaurant Manager

Duty hours - 9 hrs of Rotatinal shift in between 11:30AM - 10:30PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
