Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GDP/GMP, and ISO standards
- Conduct Internal & External Audits and drive CAPA closure
- Manage quality documentation and regulatory compliance
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Risk Assessments
- Monitor warehouse quality, safety, hygiene, and process compliance
- Conduct employee training on quality systems and SOPs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Candidate:
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Background in 3PL, Logistics, Warehousing, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, or Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO Standards, GDP/GMP, CAPA, and Audits
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
