### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Skincare Specialist:** Perform high-quality facials, chemical peels, and skin analysis tailored to individual client needs.
* **Hair Removal:** Provide expert waxing, threading, or laser hair removal services (depending on certification).
* **Lash & Brow Artistry:** Execute brow shaping, tinting, and lash lifts/extensions with precision.
* **Client Consultation:** Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend suitable treatments and home-care products.
* **Sanitation & Safety:** Maintain a spotless workstation and ensure all tools are sterilized according to health and safety regulations.
* **Sales & Retention:** Suggest add-on services and retail products to enhance the client’s results and meet salon targets.
### **Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Certification:** Proven experience or a valid license/diploma in Cosmetology or Esthetics.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in modern beauty techniques and equipment (e.g., microdermabrasion, LED therapy).
* **Soft Skills:** Exceptional interpersonal skills with a "customer-first" mindset.
* **Reliability:** Strong time-management skills to ensure appointments run on schedule.
* **Appearance:** Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance that reflects the salon's brand.
