### 1. Quality System Management
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality manuals.
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and inspection standards.
- Monitor factory quality performance and initiate improvement actions.
### 2. Fabric & Trims Quality Control
- Approve incoming fabric, trims, and accessories based on inspection reports.
- Review fabric inspection reports and testing results.
- Coordinate corrective actions for fabric and trim quality issues.
- Ensure only approved materials are released for production.
### 3. In-Process Quality Control
- Establish quality checkpoints at cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packing stages.
- Monitor inline and end-line inspection activities.
- Analyze defects and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
### 4. Final Inspection & Shipment Approval
- Conduct final quality audits before shipment.
- Verify garments meet buyer specifications and AQL requirements.
- Approve shipment release based on quality performance.
- Coordinate third-party and buyer inspections.
### 5. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Investigate major quality issues and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
### 6. Testing & Compliance
- Coordinate garment testing with approved laboratories.
- Review physical, chemical, and performance test reports.
- Ensure compliance with buyer standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain testing and compliance records.
### 7. Team Management
- Lead and supervise QA/QC staff.
- Train inspectors and quality personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development programs.
- Promote a quality-focused culture across the factory.
### 8. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Track quality KPIs and defect trends.
- Maintain audit and inspection records.
- Present quality performance reports to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
