We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Enterprise Accounts to drive enterprise sales, build strategic customer relationships, and expand MapleCloud Technologies’ presence across large enterprise accounts in Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, and surrounding regions.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers. The role requires strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, IT solution selling, cybersecurity sales, partner coordination, proposal preparation, negotiation, and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling enterprise software, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, managed services, or system integration solutions to mid-size and large enterprise accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise customers in sectors such as BFSI, IT/ITES, manufacturing, healthcare, education, logistics, retail, telecom, smart infrastructure, and large corporate accounts.
Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, requirement understanding, solution positioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Promote MapleCloud Technologies’ product portfolio including SIEM, NMS, EMS, ZTNA, WAF, PAM, DMS, LMS, HRMS, ITSM, Helpdesk, Asset Management, and cybersecurity solutions.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for enterprise accounts in the assigned region.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Enterprise Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
Manage new and existing enterprise accounts to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Understand customer business challenges and coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
Conduct regular customer meetings, product presentations, solution demos, and business reviews.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, professional communication, and coordination with internal teams.
Proposal & Commercial Management
Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, commercial offers, and solution documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for solution sizing, BOQ preparation, pricing, technical compliance, and proposal submissions.
Support RFP/RFQ responses for enterprise opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in coordination with the management team.
Maintain proper documentation of opportunities, proposals, customer communication, and sales activities.
Partner & Channel Coordination
Work closely with system integrators, channel partners, consultants, and technology partners to generate enterprise business.
Identify and develop partner-led opportunities in assigned accounts and territories.
Support partners with product positioning, customer meetings, presentations, and proposal coordination.
Build strategic relationships with partners to expand MapleCloud Technologies’ enterprise market reach.
Market Development
Research market trends, competitor offerings, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in cybersecurity and enterprise software.
Provide feedback to management on customer requirements, pricing, market demand, and product positioning.
Participate in industry events, webinars, exhibitions, customer workshops, and lead-generation campaigns.
Represent MapleCloud Technologies professionally in customer and partner interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.
4–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, IT sales, software sales, cybersecurity sales, or system integration sales.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions such as SIEM, NMS, EMS, ITSM, ZTNA, WAF, PAM, DMS, LMS, HRMS, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.
Proven experience in managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of proposal preparation, commercial discussions, RFPs, RFQs, and sales documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work with technical and pre-sales teams to create customer-focused solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple enterprise opportunities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, email communication, and sales reporting.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling cybersecurity, NMS, EMS, SIEM, ITSM, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
Existing enterprise customer network in Noida/NCR, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
Experience working with system integrators, technology partners, enterprise consultants, and large corporate customers.
Understanding of consultative selling and solution-based enterprise sales.
Experience in managing large enterprise accounts and strategic customer relationships.
