We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead and scale our Bulk SMS & CPaaS (Business Messaging Solutions) vertical.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how businesses communicate with their customers — from promotional campaigns to transactional messaging (OTPs, alerts, API integrations). You will be responsible for driving revenue, building a strong sales pipeline, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Bulk SMS & CPaaS business
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across industries
- Drive B2B sales for services like Promotional SMS, Transactional SMS, OTP & API integrations
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and enterprise accounts
- Oversee the complete sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Track performance metrics and optimize sales processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Bulk SMS / CPaaS / Telecom / SaaS sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in handling enterprise clients and large-scale deals
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
