Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in an IT company and Core Engineering Company. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, provide administrative support, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain employee records, office documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and office expenses.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and reports as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an IT company.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with office management software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
