Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic Student Counsellor with at least 2 years of experience in face-to-face counselling for overseas education. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of multiple study destinations including the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and other international markets, along with expertise in the end-to-end admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and study destinations based on their academic profile and career aspirations.
- Provide accurate information regarding admission requirements, visa processes, scholarships, and application procedures.
- Manage the complete student lifecycle from enquiry generation to enrolment.
- Shortlist universities and programs as per student profiles and eligibility criteria.
- Assist students with application documentation, SOPs, LORs, and visa filing processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Ensure timely updates in CRM and maintain counselling records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
- Strong knowledge of multiple destinations such as UK, Europe, Australia, Ireland etc.
- Hands-on experience in the complete admission and visa process.
- Excellent university shortlisting skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Fun-loving, energetic, and pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
