Note: We are hiring Sales Engineer only
The Sales Engineer/Sr. Sales Engineer- Motors/Blowers will lead and manage the sales activities for our product lines. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, and a proven track record in sales management.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Create detailed sales plans and forecasts to drive business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and dealers.
Manage client accounts and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the teams skills and product knowledge.
Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales metrics and progress against targets.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
Collaborate with the product development and production teams to ensure alignment with market demands and customer expectations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Blowers/Vacuum Pumps/ Pumps/ Motors and some of other products, including technical specifications, applications, and industry standards.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients as needed.
Preferred candidate profile :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical
Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial sales
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Person who have experience in Industrial blowers/ Motors
Education:
UG:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech/B.E. - Bachelor of Technology /Electrical Engineering.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
