Position: Creative Head cum Lead
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, branding, content development, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand identity.
- Oversee content creation, copywriting, visual design, video production, and campaign execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and creative quality across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing and communication initiatives.
- Mentor, guide, and manage creative professionals while fostering innovation and high performance.
- Review and approve all creative deliverables before release.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance creative output.
